Sphere endeavors to be and stay an interactive platform where artists, curators, collectors, researchers, or enthusiasts of arts and the sciences can engage in effective dialogue. We try to establish contact points across borders and disciplines for promoting hybrid and ingenious modes of developing ideas.
The Young Critics Program is a transdisciplinary platform for peer-to-peer learning, where artists, theorists, and thinkers worldwide exchange ideas and raise critical questions. “Young” reflects a stage of curiosity and early practice, not age. Open to all disciplines, it treats critique as artistic discourse and art as inquiry. Fellows and the core team co-create a non-hierarchical space for speculative thinking, collective growth, and sustainable community-building.
4000 WORDS OR LESS
4000 Words or Less is a new initiative by SPHERE where curators of the organization converse with various artists to present new ways of experiencing their art in connection with contemporary socio-political conditions.
